Terms of service. (Feb2025)

Shipping:

  • All goods will be dispatched within 3-5 working days unless alternative arrangements have been made. Most parcels are dispatched quicker than this time frame.

  • Our courier is Royal Mail, using tracked 48. Deliveries take 5-7 days to arrive.

  • All orders have a tracking number provided. This shipping number will be sent to you in an email. If you have any issues with tracking numbers, please contact us and we can manually provide it.

  • All orders are sufficiently wrapped in protective material to ensure goods arrive safely.

Returns:

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item/s. Please contact us before doing this. No refunds will be issued until the goods have been returned to ourselves safely. You have a 7 day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of arrival. We do receive photo evidence of delivery on majority parcels. Therefore any AI edits of parcel damage can be proven against delivery proof. Compensation will be given to damaged goods. Evidence of packaging condition may be requested by ourselves.

  • If there’s any damaged or broken crystals, we may request video or video call for evidence to proof AI isn’t involved.

  • Refunds will NOT be valid if an incorrect address has been entered. This includes incorrect house numbers or postcodes. Customers are responsible for checking all information provided is correct before completing the purchase. Once an item has been sent to an incorrect address, we will have no way of retrieving this item.

  • If you have not received your parcel please contact us so we can investigate the issue. Customers must open a support ticket/contact form for missing parcels. Once this has been done we can chase this issue with the courier to arrange a solution or compensation.
